Due to the nature of standard ceramic production processes, professional lighting conditions, and individual monitor display settings, minor natural variations in colour, appearance, or finish may occur.

All orders are subject to technical review and acceptance following successful submission through the website. Customers bear sole responsibility for ensuring that all information provided during checkout—including delivery destinations, postal codes, and contact information—is completely accurate and complete.
If an order cannot be accepted due to statutory legal restrictions, operational constraints, or administrative reasons, the customer will be notified promptly via the contact information provided during the checkout process.

Upon completion of the carrier investigation, a definitive resolution will be provided to the customer, which includes either a complimentary replacement order or a full refund, depending on the case findings.
6. Risk and Ownership
For customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the risk of loss of or damage to goods transfers to the consumer only when the goods are physically received by the customer, or by a designated third party identified by the customer to take possession of the goods. Nothing within these Terms of Service limits, restricts, or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be contracted out of under applicable local consumer protection legislation.
7. Right of Withdrawal (European Markets)
Customers located within jurisdictions where statutory cooling-off rights apply possess the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date on which the physical goods are received, without providing a reason.

For products strictly confirmed as damaged upon arrival or materially defective, the physical return of the broken item is not required where the provided photographic evidence is deemed sufficient for assessment.
